Many startup companies work with outsourced companies because it’s difficult to hire developers. However, there are many difficult situations that may arise while working with an outsourced company. In our experience, more than 65% of development difficulties are from developers at the outsourced company quitting their jobs, or contracts ending with subcontract developers. This company tried to work with an outsourced company that has a high rating on a platform that introduces freelance developers, but the work was never finished and they started to have trouble with this outsourced company. The situation got worse because completion kept getting delayed, as time went by additional unsolved requests kept piling up, and the completion date that the company promised to investors had already passed.
